What’s Included in Your Comfort Club Membership

With the Comfort Club, you’ll receive two precision tune-ups a year—one in the spring/summer and one in the fall/winter—performed by our certified and background-checked technicians. These seasonal visits help keep your systems running strong year-round, reduce the risk of surprise breakdowns, and make sure your home stays comfortable when it matters most.

Each visit includes a comprehensive system inspection and tune-up that may include:

Spring/Summer AC Inspection

Inspect inside evaporator coil (if accessible)
Inspect and clear primary & secondary drain lines
Clean outdoor condenser unit
Check refrigerant levels & system pressure
Adjust blower components
Test and monitor cooling cycles
Inspect and tighten electrical connections
Monitor voltage & amp draw on motors
Clean & calibrate thermostat

Fall/Winter Heating Inspection

Test all safety controls
Monitor furnace or heat pump cycles
Check gas pressure and heat exchanger (if applicable)
Inspect and clean flue vent for safe operation
Adjust ignition operation and thermostat settings
Ensure proper airflow and temperature split
Tighten all electrical connections
Measure voltage & amp draw
Clean & adjust thermostat

*The Comfort Club includes service for up to three HVAC systems per household. Additional systems can be added for a small monthly fee. Please note: inspections do not include refrigerant or repairs.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The process was great.  The inital visit and meeting was with Steve, whom we found very informative and knowable.   We recevied a quote and agreed to purchase the 3 Ton Lennox  HVAC option.
The installer was Christian,  who did a very professional install.  He removed the old equpment,  and installed the Lennox equipment.   Post installation, he perfomed the system checkout,  and the equipment is performing well.

After taking 7 bids on the job I decided to go with Air Motions because of the no-nonsense approach that Steve took in pricing, and his expertise in recommending system sizing and features that would work best for my needs.  They had me scheduled for an install within 2 business days of my approval to move forward with the work.
On installation day a crew of 2 was sent to do the work.  Brian, the lead on the crew was great!  He went out of his was to ensure the pre-existing issues in old configuration were corrected while installing the new system.  Both he and his assistant Rico worked diligently for 13+ hours (with no lunch break) to ensure the job was completed, and done right, by the end of the day.  I was very happy with the entire experience from bid through job completion.  I will be recommending Air Motions to my family and friends when they are considering system replacement.

My only critique would be that the amount of work in replacing 2 entire residential HVAC systems is too much work for a two man crew.  While the installation team stayed focused and very professional throughout the job I could tell they were getting a bit frustrated in the later hours of the night.  Even though they worked through their lunch break they did not finish until after 10 pm.  Perhaps an extra assistant for even a few hours may have allowed them to finish their day in a reasonable amount of time.
